GoAffPro provides you with the option to set the commission on sales with different conversion sources.
To set the commission on sales with different conversion sources. go to the Referral commissions section in the Commissions tab of the GoAffPro admin panel.

Here, go to the Commission rules section.

Now, click on New Commission Rule.
Click on New Commission Rule
This will open up the New commission rule window.

Here, select the "Conversion source" rule.
Select the "Conversion source" rule
Next, select the conversion source.
Select the conversion source
After this, set the commission rate.
Set the commission rate
Finally, click on Submit.
Click on Submit
Finally, the commission will be set on sales with that conversion source.
