# Manually Create Custom Coupons **GoAffPro** provides you with the option to assign existing store coupons to affiliates. ### Create the discount code Open the Discounts section in the Shopify admin panel.

Here, click on **Create discount**.

Now, select the discount type.

Next, set up the discount code settings. {% hint style="info" %} Set the discount code and discount value. {% endhint %}

After this, click on **Save**.

The discount code will get created in the Shopify discounts section.

### Assign the coupon to the affiliate Go to the Coupons tab in the GoAffPro admin panel.

Here, click on **Assign coupon to affiliate**.

Now, select the affiliate.

Next, choose the "Use existing store coupon" option.

After this, set the coupon code. {% hint style="info" %} Enter the name of the coupon code, you created in the Shopify discounts section. {% endhint %}

Now, select the discount type.

After this, set the discount amount.

Finally, click on **Submit**.

The store coupon will get assigned to the affiliate within GoAffPro.
