The Affiliates tab shows you the affiliates registered in your affiliate program. Here, you can view the details of these affiliates, their statistics, commissions, and other affiliate account settings.
The Pending Approval section displays the affiliates that have registered for your program and are waiting for approval.
In the All Affiliates section, you can view all the affiliates that have registered in your program. Additionally, the all affiliates table displays the number of sales, revenue generated, commissions earned, and pending payments.
You can also search for affiliates by their name, email, coupon code, or referral code, to open their profile page. There is also an option to create new affiliate accounts, by clicking on Create New Affiliate.
When you click on the affiliate's name, their profile page will open up. Here, you can view affiliate details. In the Details tab, you can view personal details, statistics, and relevant actions for any affiliate.
In the Details column, you can view the information of the affiliate such as their email address, referral link, referral coupon, personal coupon, and personal message.
In the Statistics section, you can view statistics like the order made using the affiliate's referral, the revenue generated from these sales, and the total commission earned on them.
In the Actions section, you can choose to approve, block, or revoke the approval of the affiliate. You can also generate a product link for them, access their dashboard, shorten their referral link, and send them an email.
In the Commission section, you can set the commission rates for the particular affiliate. Here, you can set the default commission or special commissions on products or collections for the affiliate.
To change the Standard commission, click on Change. Next, set the rate and click on OK.
You can also set up special commissions for the affiliate by clicking on Create Special Commission. Here, you can set product, collection, or royalty commissions for them.
In the Network section, you can check the multi-level network of the affiliate. Here, you can set the parent or downlines for the affiliate, view their network, set level commissions, etc.
In the Sales section, you can view the sales referred by the affiliates. The table will display the date of sale, order number, order amount, commission, and status of the sale. Here, you also have the option to manually add a sale for the affiliate.
The Payments section displays the payment information of the affiliate, such as their payment method/details, total payouts made, and pending payments.
In the Transactions section, you can view a log of all the transactions made to the affiliate. Here, you can view the transaction date, type, amount, and account balance after that transaction. There is also an option to add a balance to the affiliate's account.
In the Settings section, you can edit the affiliate account settings. Here, you can set their payment settings, referral code, profile information, account email or password, cookie duration, notification preferences, S2S callback, and delete their account.
If you have enabled the Customer-Affiliate connect feature from the Settings > Extras section, the Customers section will be displayed in the affiliate profile section. Here, you can view the customers that are connected to the affiliate.
You can click on New Link, to create a new customer affiliate connection for the affiliate.
You also have the option to bulk import affiliates in your program. In the All Affiliates section, you can click on bulk import. Here, you can import up to 200 affiliates in one go, by uploading the formatted CSV file.
To ensure that the the CSV file you upload is correctly formatted, you can download the sample CSV file and use it to create your bulk import file.
