Choose the Commission Calculation Method
GoAffPro provides you with the option to choose the commission calculation method for your multi-level affiliate network.
To choose the commission calculation method, go to the Settings section in the Multi Level tab of the GoAffPro admin panel
Here, select the commission calculation method of your choice.
Simple Commission Calculation Method
If you select the simple commission calculation method, the commission is calculated as the percentage of the order value.
You also have the option to apply the level commission, even when the sale commission is nil by checking the Apply Level Commission even when sale commission is nil box.
For Example: Here we have a multi-level affiliate network that using the simple commission calculation method. The commission here is calculated as the percentage of the order value.
Partner A (Parent Affiliate) will earn a $10 commission on the order value of $100. This means that the parent affiliate will earn a 10% commission on the order value. Partner B (Sub-Affiliate) will earn the default commission that has been set for affiliates on the sale.
Dynamic Commission Calculation Method
If you select the dynamic commission calculation method, the commission is calculated as the percentage of the sale commission.
For Example: Here we have a multi-level affiliate network that is using the dynamic commission calculation method. The commission here is calculated as the percentage of the sale commission.
Partner A (Parent Affiliate) will earn a $1 commission on the commission for the sale of $10. This means that the parent affiliate will earn a 10% on the sales commission earned by the sub-affiliate. Partner B (Sub-Affiliate) will earn the default commission that has been set for affiliates on the sale, which in this case is given by "commission for sale" that is $10.
