To change an affiliate's password or email address, go to the **All Affiliates** section in the **Affiliates** tab of the GoAffPro admin panel.

Here, click on the **affiliate's name.**

This will open the affiliate's profile.

Now, go to the **Settings** tab.

Next, go to the Account settings section.

### Change password Here, click on **Change password**.

Now, set the new password and confirm it.

After this, click on **Reset**.

Finally, the new password will be set. Now, click on **OK**.

### Change email address Here, click on **Change email address**.

Now, set the new email address.

Next, click on **Submit**.

Enable the "**Confirm ID change**" option. {% hint style="info" %} Note: Changing an affiliate's email address will also change their profile ID. If you wish to update the affiliate's email address while retaining their profile ID, please send a request to . {% endhint %}

Finally, click on **Submit**.
