# Create Customer-Affiliate Connection **GoAffPro** provides you with the option to create a customer-affiliate connection. > The customer-affiliate connect feature lets you connect a customer to an affiliate. Once connected, all future purchases of the connected customer will get credited to the affiliate. This is useful for giving lifetime commissions to affiliates in your program. **There are two ways to create a new customer-affiliate connection:** 1. Create a new connection in the Connections tab 2. Link an existing referred customer to the affiliate

### **Create a New Connection** To create a new customer-affiliate connection, go to the **Connections** tab in the GoAffPro admin panel.

Here, click on **New Connection**.

This will open up the Link Customer to affiliate window.

Here, select the affiliate.

Now, select an existing store customer or create a new customer by entering their name and email address.

Select an existing customer or create a new one

Finally, click on **Connect**.

The newly created customer affiliate connection will be displayed.

### Link an existing referred customer to the affiliate To link an existing referred customer to an affiliate, go to the **All Affiliates** section in the **Affiliates** tab of the GoAffPro admin panel. Here, click on the affiliate's name.

Affiliates > All Affiliates > Click on the affiliate's name

Now, in the **Customers** section, you can click on **Connect** to link the referred customer to the affiliate.

Go to the Customers section > Click on Connect
