# W9 Form for Affiliates

**GoAffPro** provides you with the option to enable the W9 form for affiliates.

The W9 form option allows you to easily collect the W9 form from your affiliates for tax filing. Affiliates can fill out the W9 form from their dashboard and submit it to you.

To enable the W9 form for affiliates, go to the **Extras** section in the Settings tab of the GoAffPro admin panel.

Here, go to the W9 Form section.

Now, enable the toggle.

The signed W9 forms will be sent to the merchant's email address. (set at the Settings > Notifications > Contact Email section)

You can also configure the email address where the W9 forms are sent and set the requester information by clicking on **Configure**.

The W9 Form section will appear in the Settings tab of the affiliate dashboards. Affiliates can fill it out from there.&#x20;
