To delete a coupon code from the GoAffPro App code:

Go to the discounts section in the Shopify admin panel.

Here, click on the GOAFFPRO code.

This will open up the GOAFFPRO code's settings page.

Here, click on View all codes.

Now, select the discount code.

After this, click on Delete code.

Finally, click on Delete.

The coupon will get deleted from the store.

GoAffPro provides you with the option to allow affiliates to set their coupon codes on signup.

To allow affiliates to set their coupon code on signup, go to the Signup Page section in the Look and Feel tab of the GoAffPro admin panel.

Here, click on Select & Customize.

This will open up the Signup Page section.

Now, enable the "Coupon Code" option.

Finally, click on Save.

After this, the coupon code field will get added to the signup page.

GoAffPro provides you with the option to disable affiliate coupons that are created within the app.

To disable coupons that are assigned to the affiliates, go to the Discounts section in the Shopify dashboard panel.

Here, click on the GOAFFPRO code.

This will open up the GOAFFPRO code's settings page.

Now, click on Deactivate.

GoAffPro provides you with the option to disable the coupon code tracking.

To disable the coupon code tracking, go to the Affiliate Dashboard section in the Look and Feel tab of the GoAffPro admin panel.

Here, go to the Tracking Modes section.

Now, disable the "Coupon Code" option.

After this, the coupon code tracking will be disabled.

The coupon code section will also be removed from the affiliate dashboard.

To restore the GoAffPro App coupon code:

The GoAffPro code is present in the Shopify discounts section. Our app generates all the affiliate codes under this code. If this code is removed or deleted, all the affiliate codes will stop working.

In case the GoAffPro code gets deleted from the Shopify discounts section:

Open the GoAffPro app and go to the

GoAffPro provides you with the option to update affiliate coupon codes.

You need to update the affiliate coupon codes after making any changes to the coupon code settings. You will have to recreate the existing affiliate coupon codes to apply those settings.

To update affiliate coupons, go to the Coupons tab in the GoAffPro admin panel.

Here, click on Change in the Automatic Coupons section and make the change in coupon settings.

Delete Existing Coupon Codes

Now, click on Bulk actions.

Click on Toggle select all.

After this, click on Delete selected.

Click on Confirm.

Recreate the Coupon Codes

After this, click on Create for existing affiliates.

This will open up the Generate Coupons section.

Here, select the affiliates.

Now, click on Generate Coupons.

Finally, the coupons with the updated settings will be recreated.
