Set Target for Affiliates

GoAffPro provides you with the option to set target bonuses for affiliates. It allows you to set the parameters for the target, the active time period and the bonus that the affiliates will receive. When an affiliate hits the set target, they are rewarded with a bonus. This is a great way of improving affiliate performance by incentivizing them with rewards.

Targets tab in the admin panel can be used to create targets for your affiliates.

Here a new target can be created by going to the Settings section in the Targets tab. The Target Bonus section can be used to create and edit existing targets. Click on Configure.

This will open up the Setup Targets and Bonus section, which can be used to create a new target.

To set up a new target click on the New Target button.

After creating a new target, you will need to fill in the given fields. The newly created target will have an ID assigned to it by default.

You will have to give a name to the newly created target.

Select the parameter based on which the Minimum Value will be taken.

In the Apply On option, you can set different parameters for the target. This means that an affiliate will have to reach the minimum value of the set parameter to get the bonus.

The different types of parameters that you can set are:

• Revenue

• Sale Commission

• Network Commission (MLM)

• Total Commission

• Number of orders

Select the active time period for the target

In the Time Period option, you can choose the period of time within which an affiliate has to reach the target to get the bonus.

You can choose between, the last 30 days, the last 60 days, the last 90 days or all time.

Set the minimum value that needs to be achieved for the target

Here you can set the minimum value for the "apply on" parameter. This minimum value will need to be achieved for an affiliate to get the bonus.

Set the bonus that the affiliate will receive

Lastly, you can set the bonus that an affiliate will receive when they achieve the minimum value for the application on a parameter that has been set within the given time period.

There is also an option provided for deleting a target, by clicking on the bin icon.

How will the parameter, time period, minimum value and bonus come together to work as a target?

Here we look at examples of how a target will work for different parameters.

1. For the Revenue parameter:

• Apply On: Revenue

• Time Period: Last 30 days

• Minimum Value: $250

• Bonus: $10

A $10 bonus would be given to an affiliate when they generate $250 in total sales in the last 30 days.

2. For the Sale Commission parameter:

• Apply On: Sale Commission

• Time Period: Last 30 days

• Minimum Value: $500

• Bonus: $50

A $50 bonus would be given to an affiliate when they cross $500 in the sale commission in the last 30 days.

3. For the Network Commission parameter:

• Apply On: Network Commission

• Time Period: Last 30 days

• Minimum Value: $1,000

• Bonus: $200

A $200 bonus would be given to an affiliate when they cross $1,000 in the network commission in the last 30 days

4. For the Total Commission parameter:

• Apply On: Total Commission

• Time Period: Last 30 days

• Minimum Value: $1,500

• Bonus: $250

A $250 bonus would be given to an affiliate when they cross $1,500 in the total commission in the last 30 days.

5. For the number of orders parameter:

• Apply On: Number of Orders

• Time Period: Last 30 days

• Minimum Value: 100 Orders

• Bonus: $50

A $50 bonus would be given to an affiliate when they generate 100 orders in the last 30 days.
