In the Notifications section, you can set up email notifications for both the merchant and affiliates. You also have the option to customize the templates of the notification email.
In the Contact Email section, you can set the merchant name and email address that affiliates can use to contact you.
In the From Email section, you can set up the email address for notification emails.
Your Notifications section shows you the notification option for the merchant:
When a new affiliate registers.
When a new affiliate sale is made.
When an affiliate uploads a new file
You can disable these notifications if you do not want to receive them.
Affiliate's Notifications are notification emails sent to affiliates:
Affiliate email verification email: notification email for verifying the email address of the affiliate account.
When affiliate account is approved: notification email when the account gets approved by the merchant.
When affiliate account is rejected or blocked: notification email when the account gets rejected or blocked by the merchant.
When affiliate account is deleted: notification email when the account gets deleted by the merchant.
When a new sale is made: notification email when a new sale is made by a customer using the affiliate's referral link.
When a new sale is approved: notification email when a new sale is approved by the merchant.
When a sale is updated: notification email when a sale is updated either by the merchant or the customer.
When a sale is rejected: notification email when the sale is rejected by the merchant.
When affiliate payment is processed: notification email when the affiliate's payment is processed.
When a new affiliate signs up under them: notification email when a new affiliate signs up under them.
When affiliate's payment details are updated: notification email when the affiliate updates their payment details.
You have the option to disable these notifications too.
There is also the option to customize the email templates. You can do this by clicking on Customize Templates.
The Welcome Email section can be used to set up and customize the welcome email that is sent to affiliates when they register for your affiliate program.
This is a great tool to send an introduction or a set of instructions to your newly registered affiliates on how to carry out their promotions and marketing referrals effectively.
You also have the option to edit the email content of the welcome email.
