Create New Referral Form

GoAffPro provides you with the option to create new referral forms.

To create a new referral form, go to the Form referrals tab in the GoAffPro admin panel.

Here, click on Setup form.

Click on Setup form

This will open up the New form section.

Here, set the form name.

After this, select the "I want to create and embed this form in my website" option.

Select the "I want to create and embed this form in my website" option

Now, click on Submit.

Click on Submit

This will open up the Edit form section.

Here, set the form configuration such as the title, add data button title, description, and success message. You also have the option to assign the organic (non-referral) leads to an affiliate.

After this, click on Add field in the form builder section.

Click on Add field

Next, set the field label, field type, and select the data type. You also have the option to make the form field a required field and set its display width.

You can view the form fields in the Form Preview section.

After this, click on Save.

Click on Save

Finally, the form will be saved.
