Mandatory W9 Form Requirement for Affiliates

GoAffPro provides you with the option to make the W9 form mandatory for your affiliates.

To make the W9 form mandatory for your affiliates, go to Settings > Extras > W9 Form and enable the toggle.

Now, go to the Look and Feel > Affiliate Dashboard > Dashboard Tabs section.

Here, click on Edit Form.

Here, click on Add your own field.

Now, set the field title.

Next, enable the required toggle.

After this, select the W9 form upload type.

Select the W9 form upload type

Now, select the account year.

Select the accounting year

Finally, click on Submit.

Enable the "Disable affiliate's dashboard access until profile is completed" option.

Finally, click on Save.

Click on Save

Affiliates must fill out the W9 form to access their dashboard.
