Add Points to Customer Account

PointsKit provides you with the option to add points to the customer account.

To add points to the customer account, go to the Customers tab in the PointsKit admin panel.

Here, click on the customer name.

This will open up the customer's profile page.

Now, click on Adjust balance.

This will open up the Adjust customer points balance window.

Here, enter the number of points.

You also have the option to set an admin and customer note.

Now, click on Adjust points.

Finally, the points will get added to the customer's account balance.
