To make the W9 form mandatory for your affiliates, go to **Settings > Extras > W9 Form** and enable the **toggle**.

Now, go to the **Look and Feel > Affiliate Dashboard > Dashboard Tabs** section.

Here, click on **Edit Form**.

Here, click on **Add your own field**.

Click on Add your own field

Now, set the field title.

Next, enable the required toggle.

After this, select the W9 form upload type.

Select the W9 form upload type

Now, select the account year.

Select the accounting year

Finally, click on **Submit**.

Enable the "**Disable affiliate's dashboard access until profile is completed**" option.

Finally, click on **Save**.

Click on Save

Affiliates must fill out the W9 form to access their dashboard.
