# Mandatory W9 Form Requirement for Affiliates **GoAffPro** provides you with the option to make the W9 form mandatory for your affiliates. To make the W9 form mandatory for your affiliates, go to **Settings > Extras > W9 Form** and enable the **toggle**.

Now, go to the **Look and Feel > Affiliate Dashboard > Dashboard Tabs** section.

Here, click on **Edit Form**.

Here, click on **Add your own field**.

Now, set the field title.

Next, enable the required toggle.

After this, select the W9 form upload type.

Now, select the account year.

Select the accounting year

Finally, click on **Submit**.

Enable the "**Disable affiliate's dashboard access until profile is completed**" option.

Finally, click on **Save**.

Click on Save

Affiliates must fill out the W9 form to access their dashboard.
