Deduct Points from Customer Account

PointsKit provides you with the option to deduct points from the customer account.

To deduct points from the customer account, go to the Customers tab in the PointsKit admin panel.

Here, click on the customer name.

This will open up the customer's profile page.

Now, click on Adjust balance.

Click on Adjust balance

This will open up the Adjust customer points balance window.

Here, enter the number of points.

You can enter a negative value to deduct the points from an affiliate's account balance.

You also have the option to set an admin and customer note.

Now, click on Adjust points.

Click on Adjust points

Finally, the points will get added to the customer's account balance.
