Integrate Form in Store

UX Bundle provides you with the option to integrate the form on the store page.

To integrate the form on the store page, go to the Form tab in the UX Bundle admin panel.

Here, click on the form.

Click on the form

Now, go to the Settings tab.

Go to the Settings

Here, set the page title.

Set the page title

Now, set the page URL.

By default, the page URL will be set as per the title you set for the page.

After this, click on Submit.

Finally, the page will get created for the form.

The form will appear on the page of the store.
