Import Customer Points Manually

UX Bundle provides you with the option to import customer points manually into the loyalty program.

To manually import customer points into the loyalty program, go to the Customers tab in the UX Bundle admin panel.

Here, click on Import points.

Click on Import points

This will open up the Adjust points window.

Here, click on Download sample CSV to download the sample file.

Click on Download sample CSV

Next, open the CSV file.

Fill in the customer emails and points.

Now, click on Browse and upload your CSV file.

Click on Browse & upload CSV file

You also have the option to add a customer or admin note.

After this, click on Submit.

Click on Submit

The customer points will get imported into the loyalty program.
