Setup Customer Notifications

UX Bundle provides you with the option to set up customer notifications.

To set up customer notifications, go to the Notifications section in the Settings tab of the UX bundle admin panel.

Here, go to the Customer Notifications section.

Here, you can set the review notifications, such as when the review request email is sent to the customer, etc.

Next, you can set the FAQ notifications for when the customer question is replied to or published.

After this, you can also set up the loyalty program notifications, such as when the reward is approved/rejected, or if the customer's points are getting expired.
