View Customer Questions

UX Bundle provides you with the option to view customer questions.

To view the customer questions, go to the FAQ tab in the UX bundle admin panel.

Here, you can filter the questions by customer, product, and status.

Filter questions

You can view the question asked by the customer, the customer's email address, the product name, and the answer to the question.

Question details

There is also the option to mark the question as favorite, add/update the answer and unpublish it.

Question actions

Additionally, you can view the date of the question and its status.

You can also delete the customer question by clicking on the delete icon.
