The Reviews & FAQs tab provides you with the options to customize the review publishing, set up a profanity filter, and customize the Google product review feed.
Publishing
Here, you can set up how the customer reviews get collected and published. Additionally, you can allow customers to upload images/videos in the reviews and set up how reviews get published.
Profanity filter
You can set up the profanity filter for customer reviews that automatically flags reviews containing these keywords.
Google Product Reviews Feed
Here, you can customize your Google product review feed.
