Setup > Notifications

In the Notifications tab, you can set up email notifications for your customers.

Here, you can view the email templates that are set and their status.

You can also click on Add new template, to create custom email notifications for customers.

You can set the template name, description and select the trigger.

After this, you can edit the email template. The preview window on the right shows you the changes you make to the email template in real-time.

You can edit the email subject and content. There is also an option to upload a banner. Additionally, you can also edit and customize the button color and link in the email.
